CLA TRAIN
Weekly skill training. Game-ready reps. All year long.
CLA TRAIN is a supplement to START, PLAY, and TRAVEL — open to all players (any club, any skill level). Small-group, high-rep classes that focus on specific skills so players gain confidence fast.
How It Works
- Weekly 60-minute classes led by CLA directors & top coaches
- Focused training blocks (stickwork, dodging, shooting, IQ)
- Small groups = more touches, more decisions, more feedback

Can non-CLA players join?
Yes. CLA TRAIN is open to all clubs and all skill levels.
What gear is required?
Helmet, Gloves and Stick for Boys and HelmeT/Goggles and Stick for Girls. Bring water!
