Based out of Charlotte, NC, Team Carolina (Boys) and Charlotte Style (Girls) represent the very best in competitive lacrosse, guided by our exceptional coaching staff. Our coaches, boasting current and former college and high school coaching experience, and all with college playing backgrounds, are the finest in the region, dedicated to developing athletes into leaders on and off the field.
Our innovative training methodology, emphasizing maximizing touches, high-energy, college-style practices, and comprehensive development, sets our athletes apart. In partnership with Mabry Academy, we offer weekly mental performance training to enhance cognitive abilities, stress management, and overall mental resilience, believing firmly that mental prowess is as crucial as physical training.
Athletically, we're partnered with top organizations like Performance Unlimited, Roe Pro, and Carolina Factory to provide unparalleled speed and strength training options. Our commitment to lacrosse development, athletic growth, leadership skills, and mental performance underlines our mission to not just create top athletes but well-rounded individuals ready for any challenge.
