The CLA Train & Play Academy delivers a perfect mix of skill work and competition — 45 minutes of high-rep training followed by 45 minutes of live small-sided play. Open to players of all levels, this program is designed to help athletes sharpen fundamentals, improve decision-making, and stay game-ready.
